A weekend workshop in which we investigate how to use our body and our mind as a bridge between the visible and the invisible worlds, allowing gifts to flow from the hidden spiritual realms into ours. As gatekeepers, shamans know that we tend have a special relationship with one of the elemental spirits through which specific gifts may be conveyed.
